Asked for wake up call. Did not receive. Sink in room did not have a stopper. Could not take a shower because of no wake up call. Just Made shuttle to airport.

The hotel was good (clean,close to airport and restuarant ) Check in/out was quick and the shuttle service friendly and very timely. Only thing better would be quick early breakfast be avialble.

The Hotel and staff was excellent. Our only problem came in the morning when we wanted to arrive at the airport a little early and the 3rd couple riding with us was late. the driver was wonderful and he did leave on the half hour before they got to the lobby because they were past when they promised to be there. However, we were rushed at the airport. If possible, could early-birds be taken over and return for the others?

The hotel was awful. It smelled like a cigarette hotel. I could not breathe. I had asked to change my room which they did and then they put me in a room with no heat and it was the coldest day of the year. I asked for a refund and left I will never go there again.

The staff went over and above, to help us on our return. We landed at 9:30 pm, only to discover a dead battery in our car. The night manager went so far as to send the shuttle driver to Walmart, to buy a set of jumper cables. The store was closed, but that didn't stop the manager. He found a guest with a battery starter, and got us back on the road for home. They (Quality Inn, and the staff) have helped reconfirm my faith in humanity. We are forever grateful, for the kindness they showed us!

The outgoing shuttle service was 5 star! The returning shuttle was not available .....desk staff asked us to use a taxi, and get receipt.....taxi's were not pleased to service which a short run.....driver not happy at all....refused to go to desk for reimbursement ......desk staff refused to reimburse tip, telling us WE should have had driver write total (really no problem to us) We have used and recommended you many times before......Survey question re: wait time should be split into two trips..
